What is Fitbit doing about the charge 5 that experience sudden death battery drain....offer a discount code that does not work and then tell your country is not supported. Is there any class action I can join

Nothing. Not taking responsibility. The discount code will work but you have to follow the link in the same email with the discount code. You can’t go to their regular website and get a new Charge 5. You have to get the 6 if you want a Charge model.
