Anyone have any luck getting their charge 5 to start holding a charge again once it blacks out? I bought mine May 6, 2023, they only offered me a 50% discount. I have been with Fitbit since 2014. They used to have great customer service. They Would replace if it was a product issue, which seems like a lot of people are having the same problem. I guess it’s a couple weeks over the year mark. I would love to fix this one but I’m not buying another one.
please let me know if you found any luck in resetting it some how.

Same happened to me. Then after a few days my screen turned black, and now this not unpricey piece of equipment is unusable and Google wants me to spend more money to buy more products to replace it. Can you say outrageous?
