My experience with Charge 5 and Customer Service

Buyers beware. C5 died 271 days into 1year warranty. Google say warranty not valid then said didn’t use an authorised store. Offered 35% off price of a new device. I’m UK based and this offer only valid in US.

Wow thanks for staying the obvious. I have had several conversations with the support people, originally verbal and when they wouldn’t accept my warranty claim, they moved to emails.

My experience appears to be very similar to other users and I feel only fair to warn other users of the difficulties they may face.
