My experience with Charge 5 and Customer Service

I had Charge 5 for a few years. In the middle of the night it died and when I plugged it starts resetting. Support could not resolve, and told me that I have to get a new unit. They send me a 35% discount code. I had the same issue few years ago that forced an upgrade. But now discount code gives the prices hither than the price on FitBit web site
