Charger 5 not syncing ECG data

Charge 5 isn’t syncing (storing) ECG data.  If I try to do an ECG I receive a message ‘Save past Assessments’, then go to the iPhone app and sync it’s not saving the data.  Because when I go into the iPhone app to view the ECG only ones from a couple years ago show up. 
Charger 5 appears to be syncing all the other data fine.
