I'm on my third Charge 5 in just over two years, the first two failed completely and were replaced as they were both in the 1 year warranty period. My third in now 3 months over the 1 year and is now failing. The battery show 90% then suddenly 3% even after charging, the clock keeps changing time even when synced to my phone, it keeps losing data and is now resetting itself every two minutes and the data just resets. I have tried all the fixes detailed in the forum but its just not working. My earlier fit bit devices lasted really well, but this one has been a disaster from day one.
Any suggestions other than resets of any kind or a 35% off a new one please?
