My experience with Charge 5

Heart broken. 

2 fitbit charger 5 in 2 year. 

1st receive for mother's day 2021, stop working in 7 months.

Purchased a 2nd for myself for mother's day 2022.

5 months later, the charger stop working,  purchased another charger which also stop working after 2 months. 

So, I think that's it for me and Fitbit.😥

To better assist you, may I know the issue you're experiencing? Is your Charge 5 not charging or syncing? Are you having issues with the Charge 5 itself or the charging cable?
