I have used Fitbit products for many years & my most recent one is the Charge 5, however, I am very disappointed with it's lack of resilience or inbuilt redundancy. I originally bought one on 6th September 2022, which stopped working in June 2023, and to give credit to Fitbit, was replaced free of charge. However this replacement has now stopped working. I am not hard on my trackers & do not abuse them but I am beginning to question the build quality of this product - the GPS & touch screen have always been a bit hit & miss & the battery did not last long enough for me to record a 6&1/2 hour walk last month. Has anyone else experienced similar dissatisfaction & what did you do?

My Fitbit Charge 5 also have been using it for years.
Now time is incorrect and I am having difficulty with since? What is that anyway?

Yes these are pieces of junk. I had to have a replacement sent with my first charge 5 because it stopped working within a year. It was supposed to be able to work in water when set up on the app. Stopped working before the warranty. The replacement also stopped working but I made sure not to put it in the pool. This current fit bit will not keep a charge even after resetting it several times and full charge. Within an hour the battery drains. Will not purchase another

I have given up & bought a different brand!
