My experience with Charge 5

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had 3 Fitbit products, neither one passed the 2 year mark.

The last one (a charge 5) failed barely a year after purchase (battery no longer charging).

Based on online comments (here or elsewhere), it seems to be a widespread and ongoing issue. Has it been your experience as well? What other wearable brand would you recommend?

Hi Community,

Between my husband and I we had 4 Fitbit Charge 5s in the last 2 years. the first ones broke before the year was over and they were replaced. The current ones lasted just one day more than a year and failed. I am not investing in another Fitbit product ever again. The App kept logging me out as well - its something that they indicate cannot be repaired. I am done with Fitbit. However I do not understand how the 2024 reviewers still rate Fitbit as a top performing device...Horror of horror - who is paying these people to give the public false information. Very disappointed.
