So Frustrating!! I have had Fitbits since 2017. I believe I have had 5 that all have lasted just over 1 year. My charge 5 made it to the ripe old age of 26 months. I know the routine unfortunately. Support will contact me, have me do all the problem solving steps than when that fails, offer me a small discount on a new fit bit. If I am wrong and they fix it or replace it I will gladly repost that I was wrong and Fitbit(Google) fixed the issue.

How goes it - any update? My Charge 5 has the same issue; was offered the discount (declined, noting the UK’s Consumer Rights Act protects purchasers who buy something where there is a reasonable expectation that it will last - it didn’t…..was promised that my feedback has been escalated; not heard anything for 6 days now).
