Has anyone else been through the process to return a faulty Fitbit?   extraordinary hassle including having to wait for a pick up with an 8 hour window to present photo id for an international satchel to return just the pebble of the Fitbit.    seems they just trying to make it so hard you just give up.

Google replaced my watch after I tried everything to charge it with no success and went through all the help stuff including a chat with them. It was a very simple process once they agreed to replace it. Just followed their instructions and had a new watch delivered to me within 2 weeks.

Post script.  Having filled in 9 forms for the return and waited for the courier to collect things moved very quickly and I received the replacement unit today.
