My experience with Fitbit

Hi, I have waited all week and I have had no response still from fitbit and the community members. The service isnt very good at all.

FITBIT of course who else am I talking to right now Gary?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's very rude of you indeed.  Please read my messages from over last weekend as I am not going to be explaining all that to you again neither.   Thats your problem not mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😉

I wont be bothering you again on the community or fitbit by telephone as I think the service wasnt very good at all and very unreliable!!!!! I hope your boss sees these messages that I have sent to you for help and advice. Which I didnt get.

I am not a Google employee, so I don't have a boss, I am a volunteer trying to help users with their issues, as most posters are.

@Hair_81 , Thank you for your messages. In this thread there is no info about your previous posts, information or interactions. That is why our friend  gdio53  was asking info about your original post. gdio53  as many users in the Community would like to help you further. 
If you read the thread there is no Gary interacting here. 

Are you sure that you posted on the Community Forums or did you post in the Community in the Fitbit app?
These 2 are totally different places. 

If you describe you issue here, the Community would be more than glad to lend you a hand.
