Hi, My Samsung Galaxy 12 on Android is not recognising my fitbit charge 5 at all. I have followed all the instructions turned on and off bluetooth and the wifi and none of its worked at all. I have installed fitbit also again and that hasn't worked.
My watch is working brilliantly, but its not on the mobile phone at all. Its terrible!!!!!!
Please may you send me the other email as I didn't get it the 2nd reply.
Please may someone answer this review as soon as possible. I don't no what else that I can do. Do you?

Sorry to see you're having syncing issues.

Although it's not mentioned as a troubleshooting step, some users reported that they were able to get their Fitbit to sync when they turned WiFi off on their phone, then back on.
Please let us know if the troubleshooting worked for you.
BTW, out of curiosity, are you an Android or iOS user?
