My recently bought charge5 Not measuring accurate steps

I have bought charge 5 two months back and am regularly using it. For past few days, the number of steps it shows is grossly incorrect. The number of steps on the Fitbit app (on iPhone) are different and the device shows much less number of steps and it also changes suddenly to some random, new value.

Hello @Avinash_sh 

There's currently an issue that affects step tracking and syncing with the Fitbit app. The team is aware of the problem and is working on a fix. Hopefully, it won't take too long for the fix to roll out.

For now, there's nothing that we can do on our side to fix this problem.
