Second Charge 5 that's expire on me in just under 3 years. First one (completely dead) was a couple months past warranty and I got a 35% discount for this replacement, which has a screen glitch 1yr 5 months from purchase. Photo make issue look less serious, I basically can't read it.
Support took me through possible solutions to no avail, and on top of that Fitbit/Google no longer services my country so they can't even offer any replacement/discount this time. I've been with them since 2013.

I'm sorry to see that you're having problems with your Charge 5 and that none of the recommended troubleshooting worked.
One user who was having trouble with their Charge 5 was able to get their device working again using a different method in this thread (<-- click link). This worked for some users, but not all. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for you, it might be worth a try.
