New Charge 5 not syncing with phone

Have been waiting for over 2 hours for charge 4 to complete update and phone sync.

The phone app continues to spin as though still updating. 

Help!

I appreciate the information provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

 

From what you mentioned, it seems that you're referring to the process to update the firmware update. In case you're still having this issue with your device, make sure that you've followed the recommendations listed in this article

 

If you're referring to a problem to sync your data,  make sure that you've tried all the steps listed here. In addition, please check the compatibility requirements listed here and keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

Problem was resolved by turning mobile device off and then back on again.
