Welcome to the Fitbit Community forum, @Lyndzynes.
Thank you for all the details that you've shared about this issue with your Charge 5.
Before considering other options, please make sure the Screen Wake feature is in "Auto" in your device's quick settings menu. It should allow the screen to turn on with the rotation of the wrist. You can find this menu by swiping down from the main clock screen.
If it still doesn't work properly after you've turned on this feature, you can also try restarting your device by following the steps here, as this has been helpful to other users who have experienced similar problems.
I'll be around.

@Lyndzynes Thank you for sharing this update.
In addition to the restart and the screen wake feature. could you please also confirm if the Do Not Disturb Mode and the Sleep Mode features are also turned off on your device? Keep in mind that both of these options will prevent the screen from lighting up, vibrating and receiving any notifications.
