New Charge 5 won't stop vibrating

I bought the fitbit charge 5 today and it keeps vibrating every 2 minutes or so with no notification.  I've gone into the app but I cant see where I can stop it. I don't want to turn vibration off as I like to be notified of my notifications. 

I've tried re starting it but it still happens.  Can anyone help please
