Hi,

 

I do not receive SMS messages and call notifications on my charge 5. I also had this issue on my Charge 3 so must be a setting somewhere on my phone I suppose. 

 

WhatsApp messages come through but no iMessage/SMS or calls. I have tried every tip on help FAQs and Google searches.

 

my phone is fully updated as is my charge 5. Notifications are on in the app and on my phone. Have tried show previews as ‘always and ‘when screen unlocked’. ‘Share system notifications’ is also on in Bluetooth settings.

any help would be appreciated.

Resolved this after doing all the troubleshooting for charge 5 listed here and restarting a few times.
