I have a newer Charge 5. I can see notifications but I can’t get my Fitbit to vibrate when a new notification comes in. I have tried updating, syncing and reading all the suggestions online. Any thoughts or feedback would be appreciated.

Is it possible that you accidentally have do not disturb (DND) enabled or sleep mode enabled. If either is enabled you will not receive vibration. You can also try increasing your vibration level to strong. Manage basic settings in the Settings App (Gear icon) Swipe down from the clock screen and tap the Settings app to open it. Tap a the setting you want to adjust it. Swipe to see the full list of settings. If the problem persist try restarting your Charge 5 as described here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
