No heartrate graph

So after the whole "not syncing" fiasco the other day my charge 5 now has not updated the heart rate graph since Wednesday.  Any ideas?  

 

It's showing my heartrate on the screen and when I do exercise.  It shows my live heart rate in the app.  But no graph since Wednesday.

 

I've tried the usual rubbish they tell you to do, doesnt work.  Anyone know how to actually fix this please?
