No notifications Charge 5

I never get any notifications from the Charge 5. I don't care about getting stuff from my iPhone to the Fitbit. What I care about is, I get no notifications from the Fitbit to my iPhone. Mainly when the battery is low, I get no warning. Then it dies and all my steps are not logged. Then I get an email about the battery being low but that doesn't do me any good. (That and emails if I earned a badge) Notifications for the Fitbit are all enabled in my iPhone as well as in the Fitbit app. So why do I get no alerts?

Regarding the notifications you mentioned, please go to your Fitbit app and tap on your Profile picture > Scroll down until you see Notifications > Make sure Badge and Battery notifications are enabled. If they were already On, try turning them off > Sync your device > Then repeat the procedure to turn them back on. This may help to refresh the performance. 

If the issue persists, you can also try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account.
