Hey - I'm not sure what to do next. My Fitbit charge 5 stopped syncing with my phone after the latest update. I was communicating with support via chat and then email without resolution. The last question they asked was where I got my Fitbit on February 9. I informed them it was a warranty replacement in August 2023 (when it stopped holding a charge after an update), and they never responded. I have reached out again twice without response. I'm not sure where to go next.
