Please, make sure that your device is syncing with the Fitbit app. If in any case you have any difficulty doing it, please see: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Confirm that you are using the latest version of the app.

When the Fitbit app was updated, the ability to see one's heart rate in real time was not retained.
The Fitbit team is aware of the issue. We are hoping to see this resolved in a future app update.
In the meantime, there's currently a feature request in the Product Feedback forum to restore real time heart rate on the Fitbit app (<-- click link). You can add your vote & comment there.
