Hi all! 
any other brazilian users?

i just bought the charge 5 and, sadly, it seems that many of the functionalities of the tracker are not available for Brazilian users… ECG does not show up, SpO2 app can not be installed (not even the relax app that the charge 4 had can be installed)…. I am thinking of returning the tracker.

Does anyone know when Brazilian users will be able to fully use the tracker?

Hello @Sadbrazilian and welcome to the Community.  The ECG and SpO2 are medically regulated features.  They both needed US Food and Drug Administration approval for release here.  Brazil's equivalent regulatory body must approve them for release there.
