Food log inaccurate

Hi!! My food log is not correctly adding calories...in fact it's quite off saying I've only had less than 1,100 calories so far today when clearly that isn't the case. Help please! 🙏🙏🙏 screen shot for reference.

Hello @W_D_S 

 

I do not see the problem. Each items is added correctly and 515 kcal for lunch and 662 kcal for diner is exact.

@SebWotan Yes but there is also 180 for breakfast (and other calories for anytime or snacks as well) which are not included. All those are missing, in fact about 400 calories are missing. Super disappointing. Fitbit support admitted it is an error in their app with no current resolution.😒 triple check you calories or use a specific app for that since this one is unreliable.

I would like to help you, however you need to post screen captures showing the problem. Based on that screen capture I can not see any issue, and what you are describing is not visible. So it makes hard to help you.
