I have tried everything. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I have tried resetting my fitbit by pressing the button on the charging cable 3 times. I have turned off the bluetooth and restarted the phone and turned the bluetooth back on. I have tried unpairing the device and re-pairing it. If it's on the forum, I've tried it. The app is up to date and the phone. Any ideas?
Best AnswerI was having the same problem, mine had not synced in over a week and I tried all the things you did to no avail. Today I logged into my account at fitbit.com on my computer and went to my profile, picked my Charge5 device and under settings I disabled live view. When I opened the app up again it had synced all of the missing days and so far each time I have checked it, it updates the current data within a few seconds. The bluetooth screen is still alternating between connected and not connected but at least it is syncing now.

Best AnswerAfter logging in click on your profile picture, then click the watch icon at the top right, then choose the Charge 5 in the left column, then scroll down the information in the right column and "live view" is near the bottom.
Best AnswerI too can't get my charge 5 to sync. I reinstalled app and rebooted the Charge 5. I tried the disable live view hack but that didn't work for me. Anyone else have any ideas. Shoulda stuck with my Charge 2 - never had a problem with it but thought I was upgrading lol.
I've had a Charge 5 for a year and I have not yet been able to get it to sync. I keep reverting back to my Charge 2, which never gave me problems.
Recently the Charge 2 died for good and I stuck with a Charge 5 that I can't sync.
