Hi there,
I've tried everything and the phone notifications are not coming through to my Charge 5.
It stopped when I landed abroad (Portugal), I came back to the UK, and the notifications never worked again.
Can you please help? As I said I've tried everything suggested in other posts.

It's not working for me either. Some help about how to solve this would be nice. Also for people getting this problem in the future and trying to find a solution here.

Please make sure Do Not Disturb (DND), Exercise Focus and Sleep Mode are turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your Fitbit Charge 5, please visit this article.
