No sleep stages

My charge 5 will not give me any sleep stages or sleep score. I had my son try it and he was able to get stages/score. Could it be possible that I’m not sleeping deep enough to get a score? Anyone have this problem? Thanks!

For a sleep score one needs to see sleep stages. @Rooroobaby2007 do to get sleep stages or simple sleep? 

If simple sleep, you may see the reason below the simple sleep graph. 

3 hours of sleep and a consistent heart rate detection is needed
