I get every notification I have selected to receive but text messages are the only ones I do no receive even though I have selected it. Any help please. X

I appreciate the information provided about what you've been experiencing with your Charge 5.
When you go to your Fitbit app dashboard > Profile picture > Charge 5 > Notifications > Text messages, could you please confirm if the phone's SMS app is selected? Instead of Whatsapp for example.
If it is selected, then make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, please check that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.
