My charge 5 stopped tracking my heart rate and is now giving me a simplified sleep graft. Is anyone else having these issues?

Mine has been doing that since mid December. It will be fine for awhile, then stop for 1 to 5 days (even though the heart rate data is there) and then start up again and be fine for a few days. Then rinse and repeat. No particular pattern I can determine.
