Hate, hate, hate this update. I hate the new bland interface. It's horribly hard to sync. I never asked for this. I think you are forcing us to use google.

Best AnswerI agree that the App sucks. Why are you fixing something that wasn’t broke?
Since the new app launched, every time I open the app - all of my step, heart rate data, active minutes data, etc (everything!) wipes BLANK each time?! In addition, it’s now 10.30pm, and my watch face is showing 2.30pm?! Nothing will sync anymore and the new app is so hard for people with additional needs to use! Did you even consider accessibility for people with neurodivergence when making the monochrome, hard to use app?! The new app update has made my Fitbit completely worthless. I would like my money back please
I agree. I even switched it to google. No joy. Less control.
Example. I used to start my walk manually. I’d get notifications every 1/2 mile with distance & speed. No more. Or don’t know how to activate that function. It would also provide a map of where I walked. Now. Nothing. Pfft!
