Not loading on Charge 5

My Charge 5 not showing on screen on iPhone. If I select steps in goes to screen that shows all steps for the past days.

There appears to be a FitBit outage at the moment. Its been out for about 4 hours but does seem to be sort of coming back.

Hi, thanks for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5 not showing on your app, @Bclewis

 

Let me know if you're still having this problem or if you're now able to see your device. If you're still having the same inconvenience, please give one last try to the following steps in the given order:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app. 
  2. Go to your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back one screen, tap Force Stop and uninstall the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone and log back in. 
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and check if you see your Charge 5 listed.
