Not recording steps

My charge 5 did not record steps for three days

Hello @thomaskustra 

 

It might be your Charge 5 needs a restart. To restart it, plug it to the charger and press the button on the chargers 3 times, pausing for 1 second between each time. Then wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, up to 10 sec. 

This will probably solve the problem.
