My Fitbit only records steps intermittently

Hi there @Kikij1950. Try restarting it. 

  • Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app
  • Open the Settings app -> Restart Device -> Restart

Thank you. I have already done this twice. It was still intermittent yesterday but I will try again today.
