Since I updated the fitbit app yesterday I can’t syncronise my Charge 5 to the app. I’ve went through all the steps. Also my distances are in feet and inches instead of km since the update…..

Sorry, @Fannyfridlund I'm not sure what all steps that have been tried?
Among these steps have you cleared the Fitbit App cache? This step has worked for many and not knowing your I one type, you may want to try Google.
Logged out/in? This forces the app to reset permissions. Once in a while, I find an app or phone update will clear permissions.

There are other threads about this issue. It's ongoing for more than 6 months. The best way to get mine to sync is to reboot my phone every day. What a pain. I don't believe they are even working on correcting the issue, yet they still sell the device. Not good.
