Among these steps have you cleared the Fitbit App cache? This step has worked for many and not knowing your I one type, you may want to try Google.
Logged out/in? This forces the app to reset permissions. Once in a while, I find an app or phone update will clear permissions.
Best AnswerThere are other threads about this issue. It's ongoing for more than 6 months. The best way to get mine to sync is to reboot my phone every day. What a pain. I don't believe they are even working on correcting the issue, yet they still sell the device. Not good.
