MIUI phones are notoriously hard for getting notifications to work. Fitbit is no exception.
I am trying to get notifications for phone calls and messages from one app to work on Fitbit. Both work intermittentlyrhe phone calls usually work straight after setup. But not at other times.
The messaging app notifications also o ly work very sparingly.
I also get the daily nudge below from Fitbit saying that my Bluetooth is turned off even though it's on. As you can see on the screenshot.

I am hoping someone has a fix for these. BTW all permissions are given, battery saver off, Autostart on. The one thing I can't do is allow Fitbit to turn on Bluetooth it's not available as an option but should not matter as Bluetooth is on all the time anyway.
All help appreciated 👍

Hello, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Kaminari.
Thank you for all the information that you've provided regarding the problem that you've been experiencing with your Charge 5 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried.
Before considering other options, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem.
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 8.0 or higher or Apple iOS 13 or higher on your phone and that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.
Regarding the problem you mentioned with the Bluetooth being turned off, would you say the device is constantly getting disconnected from Bluetooth? Other users have experienced the same inconvenience; the team is aware of it and they are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible, but we haven't received other updates about this for the moment.
