Is there a way to acknowledge without waiting for time out?
When I'm on a run, my notifications (messages, cardio levels, etc.) get stuck and I can't move past them to focus on my run stats. Then once I finish my lap, it holds that notification as well. This is great, but if I want to be done at that point, I'm unable to end my run until the notification ends and I can swipe up to stop the run.
I miss having a button to move on 😞

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @kadifina.
Thanks for your inquiry about the notifications on Charge 5.
Have you tried swiping right on the screen when you receive the notification alert? This should help to remove the notification from the screen. You can also tap on the screen to see the notification and then tap on Dismiss. Let me know if this works or if the screen continues to be stuck.

I've tried to swipe left, right, up,and down. I've also tried to tap and double tap. I've tried to turn my arm fresh to get it to re-recognize that I'm looking at it. No changes. Sometimes 10 or more seconds of doing all the above with no changes. Just times out eventually.

Hi @kadifina
If you decide to set up your Charge 5 as a new device, make sure to perform a sync to ensure your data is uploaded to your account in the cloud.

SOOOOO much better! I still lose signal sometimes (even connected to my phone with me), but that'll happen. I can at least stop the run and get rid of the screen. Thank you!
