Getting frustrated that my Fitbit charge 5 isn’t receiving text/phone notifications. Tried resetting and uninstalling/reinstalling app and nothing is working for me. HELP please !

If the recommended troubleshooting steps don't work, please give us more details about what you see or don't see when you try to set up your notifications.
