Can anyone help me. The reminder to walk on charger 5 isn't working even though I have it on and notifications doesn't work, even though I have it set for calls and messages. I have tried restarting it but still no joy.
If you swipe down from the Clock Face screen on your Charge 5, you can check if DND and Sleep are switched off. If they’re switched on you won’t be able to get notifications.
