Notifications are not coming through my Charge 5

My Charge 5 hasn’t been notifying me when I get calls, texts or app notifications. I check to see if it’s connected to Bluetooth which it is, then I check to see if it’s synced properly which it also is and then I check to see if it needs an update which is doesn’t. I don’t know what to do? Please help!

Have you tried what @Gr4ndp4 has suggested? 

In addition to that, I'd recommend checking if your Charge 5 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
