Notifications are not coming through my Charge 5

Notifications in Charge 5 isn't working after I updated the watch. and I looked the settings in the App but I can't find the problem. Text, phone, calendar, app notifications are turned on. I want to now how to fix this problem.

Mine continues to stop getting notifications. I reset the device by restarting it and doing all the other “troubleshooting suggestions” which do nothing. I’ll get one notifications then none until I go through all of the “steps” once again. This needs to be fixed!
