Notifications come even when I turn them off Charge 5

I have turned off notications on the app for my charge 5 but i still receive them at night. Question is why aren't they disabled and if sleep mode is on will that affect my alarms?

Edit.. I have disabled notifications so why am i still receiving them especially at night?

Thanks for letting us know about this inconvenience and sharing your experience with us. 

Let me tell you that actually sleep mode silences all notifications except alarms. You can use sleep mode to stop getting notifications during the night.
