Interesting. The first suggested topic that comes up for this is my last post about this issue, where comments have been turned off after a warning by another user that that might happen. So, my Charge 5 CONTINUES to intermittently NOT log exercise data. It's kept charged, but today, when I went to end the logging of my walk, it rebooted, all walk data lost. This watch doesn't reliably do the ONE thing I own it for, and NOTHING is offered in the way of suggested solutions. When I attempted to give feedback through the website, it would not accept my feedback. Get with the program Fitbit, or there is an Apple Watch in my future.
Another thing: How about allowing the addition/modification of exercise via the website? For those of us over 50, trying to operate on a tiny screen is a real pain in the backside. Let's get with the program, shall we?
