Notifications off but I get notified

Hi: I turned off notifications for phone calls, but every time I get a phone call my fitbit charge 5 buzzes. I turned it off in the app on my phone. Is there somewhere else I need to disable it? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

Hello @CJofATL 

 

Have you switched them off on your phone too?  I was just checking how to set them up and thought it might be useful to do the opposite to cancel them.  This is the page I found on how to set them up and it has information for both iPhone and Android.  I think there's a setting you need to change on your phone too.

Thanks, I have turned it off on the app. I can turn off all notifications from fitbit on the phone but I was hoping to be able to pick the ones I am interested in and if I turn them all off, then I get nothing at all. For Android it is just on or off from the app. The app should allow me to pick which ones I want.
