Charge 5 will not update new firmware out of the box tried numerous times. called in for help they wanted me to send a picture of the red circle with X that said failed in it, on the watch. I don't know how that's even going to help them. it only stays on screen for 5 seconds.

I've seen other users in the Community experiencing this problem with the red X on the screen. In case that you already tried the restart procedure and you continue to have this problem, I do recommend that you follow the instructions provided by the Support team and that you continue the communication with them for further assistance with this. They will let you know how to proceed.
