Notifications when asleep

I have turned on notifications but want to set up so I don’t get these when asleep. Can I set time parameters to receive notifications

Hello @1967Sarah and welcome to the Community.  Yes, your Charge 5 has a Sleep Mode and you can turn it on/off manually or set a schedule.  Please see this section -- Charge 5 Basics for instructions.

Hello @1967Sarah and welcome to the Community.  Yes, your Charge 5 has a Sleep Mode and you can turn it on/off manually or set a schedule.  Please see this section -- Charge 5 Basics for instructions.
