Hello,
i have a Charge 5 and when I start an activity on my tracker (like the workout exercise) i am not getting a notification (the tracker doesn’t vibrate) when I change from one heart rate zone into another. I have restarted the tracker, force closed and opened the fitbit app and made sure the notification setting is set to on on my tracker. What else can i do? Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Johny, thanks for taking the time to reply! I had noticed those settings for certain exercises, but not for the one i did (weightlifting). Does this mean this notification feature as not possible for all exercises in the app?

Sorry, but don't know. Sense does include that option for 'Weights'. I would expect it was there on other models also but don't really know.

Ah ok. No the charge 5 does not have that option with weights. It does for ‘workout’ so today i tried to use that activity, but the notifications come in very late, or not all. For example, it will vibrate that i am in cardio zone when i’ve already been in cardio zone for 30-60 sec.
Hoping the customer service can help…

Hello @Frankafit
I personally am not a fan of the Heart Zone Notifications and switch them off, however I am very interested in knowing about my heart rate.
I’ve set up up my Weights shortcut to have Always On screen so I can check and see it easily. Maybe that would be an option for you.
When you press Start for the Weight Shortcut, scroll up from the white arrow at the bottom and select Always On Display (it just lasts for the duration of your session so doesn’t completely eat up your battery).
I’m hoping that might help you a bit.
