My sleep mode is working on my Charge 5, but it is missing a few of the things I am supposed to be seeing. Under my metrics for the night, it doesn't show me the benchmarks for the people my age. It shows me how much time I spent in each stage, but not the benchmarks. I am also reading that it is suppose to have a noise/snoring ability. When I bring up the settings to turn it on, as in the instructions, noise/snoring is not an option that is listed. I do have the Premium package. Any ideas?

Hello @cbgill and welcome to the Community forum. I think, but am not positive, that you are missing the benchmarks because you are a brand new user and don't have enough data. But this is where it should be. There should be a toggle bar between the bottom of the sleep stages graph and the bars of time spent in each sleep stage. It will toggle between Today, 30 Day Average and Benchmark.
The Charge 5 doesn't have a microphone and cannot give you a snore report.

Hello @cbgill
As @LZeeW said, there’s no microphone so no snore tracker on the Charge 5.
I’m wondering about the Benchmark situation though. As a new user, you won’t have much of a history, but if you’ve set up your age in your profile, it should be able to give you benchmarks.
I’m including a screenshot of what I can see (I’m a non-Premium user) so you can see if yours is different.
Although it appears greyed out, I can still tap on benchmarks and it will show the differences.
Do you see something similar or is it completely missing?
Sorry if that didn’t help.
