Hi my Charge 5 has been working fine until today. Today it has the steps nothing else is updating. Like sleep, exercise, etc. I’ve tried logging out, removing it from blue tooth, reboot my iPhone and log back in to my account with no help.

Thanks for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your data.
This is an ongoing issue that other iOS users have been experiencing for the past few weeks where they've not able to see some of their data on the Fitbit app. Please know the our team is working on a fix which will be released soon via a new iOS Fitbit app version. Please keep in mind that these updates are released progressively, it starts with a small percentage and then it extends to the whole Community of users, but you should be receiving the update soon.
